Tracking Volunteer Hours

SignUp Genius will be used to coordinate volunteers for activities!  Look for these opportunities to serve and please reach out with any questions, concerns or ideas!

This Google Form is available to record your volunteer hours all year.

We will be asking for:

  • Email address

  • Student’s First & Last Name

  • Volunteer’s First & Last Name

  • Total Number of Hours Volunteering

  • Brief summary of activities (ex: Can drive, chaperone, uniforms)

Please keep a record of your hours volunteered for Century Band & Color Guard too.  This can be on a calendar, in a table/spreadsheet, notes in your phone, or using the printable Volunteer Tracker form (see link below.)  (This provides a record to compare to the Google entry information.)

Entries can be completed whenever it works best for you- after each event, meeting or activity you complete, once per month or even at the end of each season- just be sure to submit your hours!  (Many families find it easiest once per month to tally everything.)  Our volunteer database will be updated each month to include volunteer hours. Completed totals and hours are applied toward paying off the parent hours part of the fair share fees, which is applied in April to the student’s account.  Partial Volunteer hours are credited at $12.50 per hour toward Fair Share payments.

  • 16 volunteer hours per family for Fall Season completes the $200 Fall Fair Share

  • 10 volunteer hours per family for Winter Season participants completes the $125 Winter Fair Share

Please keep documenting throughout the whole year even as you meet the goals! We want to be able to report a combined total number of hours served by our organization to the school and community to highlight our amazing Band & Color Guard families!

Thank you!
