  • Inventory of Supplies - possibly during future can drive

Uniforms - Lisa Cavanaugh

  • The discussion was around uniform and getting them packed and ready for Orlando.

  • Keeping track of the uniforms in Orlando to make sure the uniforms stay correct after Saturday parade for Sunday parade. Then packing them back up to get them home.

  • Students must pack their shoes and socks in their own luggage.

Treasurer - Jason Keezel and Tom Thaxton

  • Senior amounts have been sent to the bookkeeper.

  • I think that we're going to have a slight surplus next year of $6,000 or $7,000.

  • Parade camp $75 for 8th graders. And then the cost for shoes.

VP Fundraising - Heather Buxton

  • Fundraising numbers- Tom

  • Next can drive- need to set a date w/Emily & David

  • Pie Guy- Sold 125 pies, just over $500 profit (not bad for first time, and all small pies). Working on adding Blue Moon Bakery to both pie sales in the future so we have a gluten free option (and also some of their pies are vegan)

  • Hanging Baskets- we still need more sales to meet our minimum, but so far looks good. We do need to sell more 10” baskets though.

  • Hops- next set of dates needs to be turned in before the trip, Elizabeth is working on it. It’s all going well!

  • Bandwidth- Crystal Connors & Jackson Keezel

  • Auction- THEME: PALM ROYALE; working on menu and a lot of planning details at this time; tickets are live and selling (push, push, push!); save-the-dates went out to the HSD school board and Hillsboro City Council a few weeks ago- will send invite soon; invite has gone out in Julie’s newsletter & Scott Thomas updated calendar; Sanne Cai sent out the save-the-date to their families a few weeks ago and now they have the invite to send out; invite needs to be spread by everyone possible; donations are rolling in and looking good, but we need a LOT more; student baskets are due Friday, but I will pickup on Monday; it’s all coming together

  • We MUST find someone to take on fireworks ASAP, please help me find someone/a family/several people

  • Louie Louie is ready for official planning. Who all needs to be included in the planning of this event?

  • Next week on Monday, prior to the parent meeting, there will be a fundraising meeting- likely at 6pm, for anyone who wants to attend.
