This one will tell you who all is in the band and what section they are in.
In Google Drive under Shared Drives you will find many documents that are shared with the other board members. There are going to be permissions where people can go and view them. As well some where you can edit certain things and then certain things you can’t edit. You will not be able to delete these.
Volunteer Coordinator - Christina McClelland
The new generator, donated by Ron is in the train and it has a clear box on the top with the directions he gave us in the food team that met with him like the quick start guide, the basic things to know, everything has to be unplugged when you're turning off shutting down.
I'm going to make an additional copy of that booklet so we have multiple copies. I want to encourage people to use it properly for things because it's a dual fuel propane and gas and using only premium gasoline.
We have 129 individuals cleared as volunteers.
We have 42 families that have completed the 16 plus hours and those were sent to Jason. There's 2,736 hours and 150 entries total.
Pie pick up is this Friday and we only have 1 person signed up at the moment. Both Christina’s and Charlene will be there also.
We have a can drive on Saturday. Chloe did great putting up the ad, and that added more people to sign up.
We have four drivers, no adult sorters.
The guard members have a meeting from 9-11 and then at 11 they can come sort.
Lisa is not here tonight and we have uniform cleaning that needs to be done. The sign-up is out. She's going to be here getting the first couple of sets out. Returns, we set December 11th.
December 6th is our next can drive. It needs to be said. this meeting because our parent meeting is the 9th and then the winter concert the 16th. December 6th is the Skyview Jazz Festival.
Turk-a-thon coming up. At Cook Park. There's two more football games.
When practice or competition overlap with a can drive then students can bring 5 full kitchen garbage bags to secure a point.

VP Fundraising - Heather Buxton
So the big thing for tonight, we've got Zhi and Yvonne that are going to be serving samples of the tamales tonight after the parent meeting for our fundraiser. We're going to introduce the tamale in a fundraiser. We've still got a little bit more work to do on it. I can't say specifically when it's going to go out. I'm hoping it will be soon.
Orders will be due December 11, and pickup will be December 18.
It's going to be $25 a dozen for the egg rolls and $15 for a half dozen of the tamales.
Charlene is going to talk about pies tonight.
We're doing really good. We're over $30,000.
The swag station, especially at championships, did really well. So we've got lots of ideas for the showcase for next year.
Treasurer - Jason Keezel & Tom Thaxton
I need to know as soon as possible, winner percussion and winter color guard rosters. Getting a start on that before, January 4th would be fantastic.
Net showcase income of $11,000 after expenses were paid.
It's entirely possible that by next year, we will breach the EZ form, $200,000 in wealth, and we're going to have to file a full 990, which is more time, effort, etc.
